Bageltopia co-founder Dan Graf creates his authentic bagels by allowing his signature dough a four-day cold proof-and-ferment time before boiling and baking. This technique promotes greater flavor development, and bagels with a crisp, glossy exterior and chewy interior.

House-Smoked
We brine and cherrywood smoke all of our salmon in a custom built, cold-smoker box.
